TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

AutonoleggioSavoca.it a shuttle service is offered for car, minibus and bus transfers in various locations in Sicily..

Rates

The cost of the transfers varies according to the place of departure and destination, the date of the transfer and the number of people to be transported; it is therefore necessary to calculate the exact cost by filling in a part of the booking form on almost every page of the site.

Conditions

Making a reservation on AutonoleggioSavoca.it you are required to automatically accept all the conditions listed below

  • All Taxi services or any other means are provided by AutonoleggioSavoca.it with operators holding the regular license.
  • The contacts of individual drivers who provide the service are forwarded to the customer.
  • In the event of variations to the requested service, or whenever deemed appropriate, customers may, in agreement with each other and under their own responsibility, change the provisions of the booking, but the same changes must be communicated to the Customer Service through a special page.

Payment method by credit card

The total amount will be paid directly to the driver in cash.

Customer lords are solely responsible for the data provided (phone numbers, addresses, number of passengers and luggage, arrival and departure times, possible connection problems of their mobile phones). In the event that one of these cases has not been respected, AutonoleggioSavoca.it will have the right to charge the entire amount of the service by applying its Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations or changes

  • For CANCELLATIONS or CHANGES with less than 24 hours before the trip, send an SMS to the EMERGENCY telephone number with the booking code; Terms and conditions must always be respected. We remind you that changes made with less than 24 hours in advance of the transfer are always subject to availability.
  • For CANCELLATIONS or CHANGES with more than 24 hours in advance of the trip (including Saturday, Sunday and Monday transfers) CANCELLATIONS or CHANGES can be registered via this link only before 15:00 on previous FRIDAY.

Loss of return flight

The customer in the booking process is required to select the pick-up time in advance so that the return flight is not lost while taking into account any traffic. In case the customer selects a time not enough to reach the airport, AutonoleggioSavoca.it will not respond in any way to any loss of flight.
